She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Earl and Nellie Mae Woodworth (Gray); her husband Charles Edward Smith; her daughter Betty Jo Browning; and her sister Ella Mae Woodworth.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Lee Smith (Linda) of Springfield, IL, William Edward Smith (Marilyn) of Hindsboro, IL, Bradford Smith (Maryanna) of Hindsboro, IL, Bruce Earl Smith (Eleanor) of Little Rock, AR, Bonnie Hibschman of Little Rock, AR and Charles Brian Smith of Mt. Ida, AR; and her son-in-law Bill Browning of Bonita Springs, FL. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, fifty-three great-grandchildren, and thirty great-great-grandchildren.
