He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Herman and Elsie Elizabeth "Betty" Wagoner (Hammond); his siblings, Carol Fidler and Richard Wagoner; his nephew Chad Fidler; and his great-nephew Zachary Wagoner.
He is survived by: his close friend Karen Wagoner; his son Andrew David Wagoner of Kimbolton, OH; his grandsons, Grayson, Gavin and Gage; and his siblings, Joyce Good of Arcola, IL, Sandy Arthur (Mike) of Arcola, IL, Steve Wagoner of Humboldt, IL and Terry Wagoner of Greenup, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
