He is survived by: his wife Kathy Brown of Hinckley; his sons, Jeffrey Hoffmann (Renee) and Michael Hoffmann (Kari); his grandchildren, Chancelor, Kahla, Hannah, Isaac, Claire, Lauren, Hailey, Harrison and Hayden; his sisters, Julie Hartman (Doug) and Wendy Roop; and his niece Hannah Zepeda.
