It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelly Claxton of Hinckley, Illinois, born in Beardstown, Illinois, who passed away on April 4, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John Francis Fry of Hersman, IL; and her mother-in-law Yvonne Marie Claxton of Rantoul, IL. She is survived by: her mother Gloria Lee Fry of Hersman, IL.; her husband Todd A. Claxton of Hinckley, IL; her daughters, Abigail Lippert (Maddie Steckroat) of St. Cloud, MN and Haley Claxton of Germantown Hills, IL; her grandson Jordan Cox of Washington, IL; her siblings, Diana Coulter of Springfield, IL, Mike Fry (Donna) of Trimble, TN and Tammy Herald (Jay) of Chambersburg, IL; her father-in-law James Claxton (Lynn) of Yuma, AZ; her brothers-in-law, Michael Claxton (Kelly Jaminet) of Stow, OH, Jerry Claxton of Rantoul, IL and Kevin Claxton (Rachelle) of Fisher, IL; and her close friend Monty. She is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
Sadly, due to the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, memorial service attendance is limited to immediate family members only.
