She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Bushnell and Rosie Geisel Bushnell; and her siblings, Dean Bushnell Jr., Lee Bushnell, Fannie Mae Adams, Dorothy Presley, Doris Bushnell and Viola Staats.

She is survived by: her spouse Jackie Isham April17; her daughters, Penny Isham of White Hall and Tammy Kuykendall (Dean) of White Hall; her grandchildren, Jeremy Sharrow, Aaron Isham, Janden and Tracy Kuykendall; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Jaxon Sharrow, Owen and Charlie Kuykendall; and her sister Mary Ann Farris of White Hall.
