He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard A. Seely and Lucille Seely (Kornack). He is survived by: his wife Claudia Forrester; his sons, Shannon Seely (Kathy) of Lexington, KY, Scott Seely (Megan) of White Hall and Ryan Seely (Sarah) of Murrayville; his grandchildren, Jackson, Ben, Mara, Nora and Lucy Seely; and his sisters, Sharon Brown of Winchester and Debby Deal of Jacksonville.
