He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Betty; and his sister Clara Carr (Henry). He is survived by: his children, Joseph DiCanio (Michele), Lynn Trieb, Anthony DiCanio (Sophie), William DiCanio, John DiCanio (JoAnne), Michael DiCanio (Lidiya), Richard DiCanio (Cara) and Robert DiCanio (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jimmy, Tommy, Andrea Brown (Matt), Danny (Erin), Billy, Kelli, Nicole, Samantha, Charlie, Anne, John, Grace, Antoinette, Nikole, Cameron, Alexandra, Domenic and Gianna; his great grandchildren, Hudson, Riley, Vincent, Anthony and Donavan; his siblings, Joseph DiCanio (Theresa), Betty Grasz (late Mickey), Charlene "Lollie" DiCanio and Jackie Gawecki (John); his sibling-in-law Camille Conrick (late William); and his girlfriend Judy Stamm.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Cyprian Catholic Church (2601 Clinton St, River Grove, IL 60171). A graveside service was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
In lieu of flowers donations in Bill's name to Alzheimer Research would be appreciated.
