He was predeceased by: his parents, Dario Remo Civinelli and Lillian Storino Civinelli. He is survived by: his wife Mary Civinelli; his son Dario Civinelli (Olivia); and his grandsons, Phoenix and Kai Civinelli.
A committal service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
