She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Ann Cox of Chicago and Nathan Branch of Evanston, IL.; her grandson Xavier Bynum; and her siblings, Arthur Cox, Alice Griggs, Robert Cox, Richard Cox, Loretta Heard, Ronnie Cox, Myrna Loy Allen, Margo Cox and Cranston Cox.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Bryant Westbrooks and Jibria Westbrooks.

A burial will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Glen Oak Cemetery (4401 Roosevelt Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
