He is survived by: his children, Gina Marie Mandarino, Patricia Ann Mandarino, Mark Anthony Mandarino (Kimberly) and Eugene Mandarino Jr. (Melanie); his grandchildren, Valerie Hall, Kelly Hansen (Adam), Dana Goss (Patrick), Gianna Marotta (Michael), Andrea Mandarino, Natalie Mandarino, Frank Mandarino and Anna Mandarino; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Bennett, Ashley, Celia, Giuliano and Leo; his siblings, Anthony Mandarino (Marie), Sam Mandarino (late Judy), Nick Mandarino, Rich Mandarino (Gloria), Bobby Mandarino (Vicky) and Sandy Cutrara (Rich); and his wife Mary.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Russo's Hillside Chapels (4500 Roosevelt Rd, Hillside, IL 60162). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 8:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Domitilla Catholic Church (4940 Washington St, Hillside, IL 60162).
