She was predeceased by: her parents, J. T. Lacy and Ruby Mae Greer; and her sibling Bobbie Jo Bryant. She is survived by: her husband Peter J. Fisher; her daughters, Barbara Fisher and Sandra Wright; her grandchild Zacaria A. Fisher-Porties; and her aunt Bessie Mae Taylor (late Willie A.).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ages Baptist Church (1309 Madison St, Maywood, IL 60153). A burial was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
