He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan Arthur Elliott and Sadie Wilhelmina Chase Elliott; and his sisters, Muriel Clarke and Ruth Spring. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Stipe Elliott; his siblings, Gordon Elliott (Joyce) and Joyce Galvin; his children, Laureen Canovas (Luis), Marc Elliott (Elizabeth), Raymond Elliott (Kristine) and Susan Elliott (Bill Carlton); his grandchildren, Ashley Ross, Jennifer Ross, Morgan Elliott, Ethan Elliott, Christian Elliott and Jeremy Elliott; and his great grandchildren, Lillian, James, Daisy and Benny.
