It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Walter Duzan of Hillsboro, Illinois, born in Rich Hill, Missouri, who passed away on June 30, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Duzan and Victoria Duzan (Andrews); and his granddaughter Rachel Claxon. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Duzan of Hillsboro, IL; his children, Mike Claxon of Hillsboro, IL, Dave Claxon of Gifford, IL, Cindy Duzan (Terry Steyer) of Glen Rock, PA and James Duzan (Barbara) of Loogootee, IN; and his grandchildren, Scott Duzan, Josh Duzan, Todd Claxon, Tammy White and Tysha Mullen. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Harvest of Hope Food Bank, Paws Care, or Montgomery County Animal Shelter.
