We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Vesta Ellis of Hillsboro, Illinois, born in Carbondale, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Lockerby and Estaleda Lockerby; and her husband Charles "Chuck" Ellis. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Mulch (Donald) of Normal, Ronda Codemo (Kevin) of Normal, Vickie DeWerff (Dennis) of Normal, Scott Ellis (Janelle) of Springfield, David Ellis of Hillsboro and Kimberly Caruthers (Treg) of Waverly; her grandchildren, Ellen Rinchimel, Erin Pioletti, Samantha DeWerff, Jessica DeWerff, Austin Ellis, Christopher Ellis and Alexandria Caruthers; and her sister Reba Luke of Chelmsford, MA.. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
