He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gertrude, Willard Helton, June and Jack Zimbelman. He is survived by: his wife Monique; his children, Blaze, Liberty, Harper, Harrison, Johnny, Jaydon and Carson; his parents, Alyse Helton and Theron "Randy" Helton of Taylorville, IL; and his siblings, Lisa Burton (Talon) of Prosper, TX and Eric Helton (Shelly). He is also survived by loving father to his children.
