He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Joseph and Lora Helen Boehler (Irwin); and his siblings, David, Don, Michael "Bo" Boehler and Virginia "Betty" Tischkau.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betsy" Philcrantz; his children, Jesse Boehler of New Berlin, IL, Jedd Boehler (Beth) of Woodhull, IL, Jacke Drumeller (Daniel) of Martelle, IA and Bobbi Boehler; his grandchildren, Madison Boehler, Wyatt Boehler, Colin Boehler, Haylee Boehler, Camryn Boehler, Daryn and Ryan Drumeller; and his siblings, Philip Boehler (Marsha Mueller) of Waggoner, Barbara McKinney (Larry) of Taylorville and Virginia "Ginny" Brockmeyer of Raymond. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
