He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Chumley and Margaret Chumley (Goodwin); and his sister Theresa Chumley. He is survived by: his granddaughters, Kianna Eaton and Rae-Anna Eaton; his great grandchildren, Jaqueline Eaton, Melania Eaton, Rhiannon Eaton, Aubree Thomas and Alaina Thomas; his siblings, Lora Neisler and Marty Chumley; and his nephews, Chase Wilhelm, Chad Neisler and Dakota Chumley.
