He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouses, Denise Hammond and Annette Keith; his children, Mark Lee Caldwell (Jennifer) of Maryville, IL and Michelle Caldwell (Jeffrey Grundy) of Harvel, IL.; his grandchildren, Kerstie, Kayla, Radley, Rainey, Shyann, Summer, Paige and Leah; his great grandchildren, Wrenae and Wraina; and his siblings, Kevin Caldwell of Bloomington, IL, Michael Caldwell (Melissa) of Hillsboro, IL, Gail Bergschneider (Ronald) of Harvel, IL and Tammy Johnson (Keith) of Auburn, IL. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
