He is survived by: his wife Birdie Scroggins; his sons, Louie Scroggins (Dawn) of Hillsboro, IL and Craig Scroggins (Tera) of Hillsboro, IL; his stepdaughter Jessica Bush (Kevin) of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Alexis, Jade, Brooklyn, Aiden, Levi, Nicholas and Skylar; and his siblings, Ann Masinelli, Jean Hainaut, Rena Smith, Linda Stiller, Ray Scroggins, Nancy Scroggins, Mary Ann Scroggins, Otto Scroggins and John Scroggins.
