He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Collins and Eileen Collins (Redding); his spouse Beverly Joan Collins (Kinder); and his sister Colleen Gates. He is survived by: his children, Charles Collins (Tracy) of Hillsboro and Terri Wright (Ollie) of Decatur; his grandchildren, Stasia Luevano, Jacqlyn Naugle, Andrew Collins, Paige Collins, Jacob Wright and Kayla Wendt; his great grandchildren, Pacey Collins, Samantha Weiss and Hezekiah Wright; and his sister Betty Gurley.
