He was predeceased by: his parents, John Meyers and Ethal Meyers (Bost). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Meyers; his children, Dale Meyers (Lorie) of Springfield and Christina Jones (Matthew) of Chatham, Illinois; his grandchildren, Tyler Jones, Jason Jones, Makenzie Jones, Rachel Meyers, Bryce Meyers and Sarah Meyers; his great grandchild Brooklyn Meyers; and his sister Carol Sgro.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bass-Patton-Dean Funeral Home (624 S Main St, Hillsboro, IL 62049). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to St. Matthews Church in Fillmore, Illinois.
