It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James L. Russell of Hillsboro, Illinois, who passed away on December 29, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Russell and Elsie Russell (Bramel); and his brothers, Melvin Russell, Harold "Rusty" Russell and George Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Zerrusen; his children, James Todd Russel (Dianna Cardwell) of Decatur, IL and Jamie Schmidt (Jeremy) of Frisco, TX; his grandchildren, Cooper James Schmidt and Chase Robert Schmidt; and his brother John Russell (Charlene) of Bourbonnais, IL..
