He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred A. Roach and Dorothy L. Welge; and his sister Sheila McIntyre. He is survived by: his wife Christie Rae Budd; his children, Darren Street (Linda) of Hillsboro, IL. and Melanie Tyszko of Hillsboro, IL.; his siblings, Scott Roach (Lynda) of Orange City, FL, Jamie Roach (Angie) of Ocala, FL. and Amy Reincke (Rich) of Hillsboro, IL.; his grandchildren, Zoe Tyszko (Keegan Lohman), Elijah Tyszko, Finn Tyszko and Blake Street; and his great grandchildren, Arlo, Wilder and Jax Lohman. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family suggests memorials may be made to the American Legion Post or VAC Scholarship Fund.
