She is survived by: her parents, Jim Duffy and Mary Ellen Duffy (Machado); her husband Asela Jayarathne; her children, Matthew and Abigail; and her siblings, Marie Erm (Pat), Jim Duffy (Pam), Mike Duffy, Judy Farm (Eric), Sean Duffy (Julie), David Duffy (Desiree), Ben Duffy (Kristin), Elizabeth Duffy (John), Eddie Monroe (Troy), Ruth Duffy, Joshua Duffy, Paul Duffy and Anthony Duffy. She is also survived by Several nieces & nephews.
