She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Copple and Lula Copple (Osborn); her husband Virgil Leetham; her granddaughter Juneanne Marie Leetham; and her siblings, Leroy, Victor, Donald Copple, Norma Hamby, Viola Johnsey and Carol Golliday.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Leetham (Brenda) of Coffeen and Kenny Leetham of Hillsboro; her grandchildren, Brianne Meyer, Ashley Leetham and Brett Leetham; her great grandchildren, Atreyu Leetham, Felix Hickey, Hunter Leetham and Cooper Leetham; and her siblings, Charlie Copple and Gloria Woods.
