He is survived by: his children, Karli Atwell (Aaron) of Superior, Kael Russell of Denver, Luke Morgan of St. Cloud and Jessica Hiller of Highland Park; his grandchildren, Maggie Atwell of Superior and Lucy Atwell of Superior; his siblings, Gay Russell-Dempsey (Stephen) of Minnetonka and Minnesota Cherished; and his nieces and nephews, Morgan Dempsey-Nicholls (Steven) of Minneapolis and Nathaniel Rosalie (Melissa) of Evanston.
