He was loved and cherished by many people including: his friend Luigi Lunardi; his wife Jane Tamarri; his children, Dana Kanellakes (Christian) of Elmhurst and Mara Hitchmough (Jeremy) of Highwood; his grandchildren, Samuel, Benjamin, Elijah Harpster, Stella Hitchmough, Natalia and Christian Kanellakes; and his sister Rosa Nizzi (late Dino) of Pavullo, Italy..
