Scaggs; her parents, Calvin Ray Stover and Sylvia Ann Stover (Howard Leslie Scaggs); her daughter Amanda Kay Scaggs; her brothers, Calvin Stover, Jr. and Rex Roberts; her stepfather Clifford Roberts; and her siblings-in-law, Jeff Smith, Robert Scaggs and Marg Crites.
She is survived by: her children, Jonathan A. Scaggs (Carrie) of Kansas City, MO and Elizabeth Ann Scaggs of Highland, IL; her grandchildren, Savannah K. Graham, Julia M. Graham, Paul R. "Bubbie" Graham of Highland, IL, Malary Scaggs of Kansas City, MO, Marley Scaggs of Kansas City, MO, Madelyn Scaggs of Kansas City, MO, Isabell L. Scaggs of Highland, IL and Gavin J. R. Coleman of Highland, IL; her siblings, Michael Roberts (Karen) of Daytona Beach, FL, Sheila Roberts and Randy Roberts (Julie) of South Charleston, WV; and her siblings-in-law, Sheila Stover of Worthington, KY and Leonard Scaggs (Linda).
