He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Gemar and Kathryn Gemar; his former wife Viola Neff-Foster; and his stepson Robert Foster. He is survived by: his wife Patsey Leewright-Gemar of Highland, IL; his daughter Roxanna Ray of Woodland, CA; and his stepchildren, Eric DePew (Eleanor Flores) of Highland, IL, Ravonda McGualey of Marshfield, MO, Ramona Foster, Roberta Bayne, Rebecca Johnson and Susan Garza. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
