She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale E. Smith and Lois Smith; her siblings, Steven Smith, Beverly Boden and Dale Smith; and her nephew Kyle Harrell.

She is survived by: her spouse Gerry Hoxsey; her daughter Jennifer Suzanne Hoxsey (Jerry Chapman) of Sorento; her granddaughter Jadis Kane of Sorento; her siblings, Randy Smith (Terri) of Hillsboro and Sherry Blair (Mike) of Surprise, AZ; her close friend Dan Sauve of Belleville; and her children, Aimee Baker (Tom), Jaimee Joiner (Jared), Emilee Kunkel, Jill La Rue, Rebecca Waters (Chad), Kari Sebastian (Austin), Monica Merano (Luke), Matthew Smith (Tricia), Stephen Pincsak, Dylan Pincsak (Liz), Lauren Pincsak, Jenny Lagermann (Sam) and Sherrie Tomes.
