With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Wood of Highland, Illinois, born in Mesa, Arizona, who passed away on March 5, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Bledsaw and Melba Bledsaw; her sister Londa Palmer; and her brother-in-law Larry Burns. She is survived by: her husband Donnie Wood; her children, Kevin Wood (Krysta) and Stephanie Wilken (Brian); her grandchildren, Steven Wood (Jessica), Cayla Johns, Carson Wood, Gabriel Wood, Kyle Myers (Erin), Jacob Myers (Sarah) and Zachary Myers (Paige); her great grandchildren, Ryan Wood, Oliver Wood, Jaxen Wood, Gavin Hurlock, Harper Johns, Peyton Myers, Alexis Myers and Troy Myers; her sisters, Pam Bowers (Doug), Jan Burns and Edwina Bullard (Ron); and her brother-in-law David Palmer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
