She is survived by: her pets, Sammy, Trixie, Ween and Sabrina; her husband Tom Hammer of Highland, IL; her daughters, Michelle Tompkins (Clinton) of Highland, IL and Vanessa Conley (Michael); her grandchildren, Elaina Tompkins of Highland, IL, Ella Conley and Jon Conley of Nashville, TN; and her siblings, Terri Holt (Steve) of Highland, IL, Jeanne Huber (Gary) of Trenton, IL and David Schwend (Carol) of Highland, IL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
