He is survived by: his parents, Randall "Randy" A. Higgins of Highland, IL and Cynthia "Cindy" K. Higgins of Highland, IL; his grandmother Bonita L. Higgins of Fosterburg, IL; his siblings, Michelle T. Huhn (Jon) of Mulberry Grove, IL and Brett R. Higgins of Highland, IL; his nephew Joshua E. Huhn of Mulberry Grove, IL; and his nieces, Marissa E. Redfern (Steven) of Vandalia, IL and Myah C. Huhn of Mulberry Grove, IL. He is also survived by Aunts and Uncles, Cousins.

He was preceded in death by: Grandfather - Roger A. Higgins Grandparents - Robert L. and Verna M. Zobrist Please adhere to social distancing and face mask guidelines at the visitations and Funeral Service.
