He is survived by: his wife Marlene Bush; his children, Michael Bush (Mary), Douglas Bush (Jacki), Kathi Fulton (William) and Shelly Ketelaar (Dale); his grandchildren, Melissa Terpstra (Robert), Jessica Romano (Chris), Nina Siba (Simon), Amanda Bush, Bradley Bush, Heather Peterson (Joe), Britney Glemby (Brian), Mallory Jacobs (Josh), Matthew Fulton, Chelsea Fetcko, Kaitlyn Gibson (Aaron), Chad Ketelaar (Rachel) and Tiffany Ketelaar; and his siblings, Alan Bush (Dee) and Darlene Mazrimas (Bob).
