She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis H. Phelps and Josephine Deimling; her husband Elmer E. Kombrink; her son Elmer D. Kombrink; her son-in-law Wayne J. Moss; and her siblings, Charles Phelps and Myra Renspurger.

She is survived by: her daughter Carol A. Moss of Highland, IL; her granddaughter Patti A. Schmollinger (Brian) of Highland, IL; and her great grandchildren, Nicholas B. Schmollinger and Wesley J. Schmollinger.
