He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian Loomis, Sr.; his wife Shirley Loomis; his father Robert F. Loomis, Sr.; his stepmother Ruth Loomes; his daughter-in-law Margaret "Peggy" Loomis; and his siblings, Irene Marti, Mary Juanita Loomis, Jim Gothard, Patsy Ann Beardsley and Steve Loomes (Katrina).
He is survived by: his children, Michael "Mike" Loomis of Highland, IL, Robin Loomis of Highland, IL and Denise Getz (Bill); his grandchildren, Rachel M. (Anthony, Sr.), Riva M. (Justin), Ronald S. Price (Nicole) of Denver, CO and Jason A. Kreke (Julie) of Cedar Hill, MO; his great grandchildren, Anthony Finley, Jr. of Alhambra, IL, Alexis Finley (Noah Ruiz) of Louisville, KY, Wyatt Weiss of Highland, IL, Lainey Weiss of Highland, IL and Hailey (Antonio); his great great grandchild Blakely Lowrimore (Virginia); his siblings, Lucy Ellis (Bob), Bill Gothard, Cliff Pate, Calvin Loomes, Dickie Loomis (Patty), Alfred Loomes (Mary), Charlie Loomes (Dee) and Van Loomes (Alicia); his brothers-in-law, Jerry Marti and Charles Beardsley; and his goddaughter Tonya Bauer (Cody Hillyard). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
