He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Tanking and Mary Tanking; his wife Peggy Lee Iberg; his siblings, Martin Tanking (Sara), Sylvester "Bud" Tanking and Celene Henry (Leonard); and his siblings-in-law, Jean M. Popkess (William) and Russell Strong.
He is survived by: his daughter Dianne E. Garrison (John); his grandchildren, Andrew J. Garrison, Amelia E. Garrison and Alyssa R. Garrison; his sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Tanking of Salina, KS, Mary Lou Strong of Highland, IL and JoAnn Sackett of Raleigh, NC; and also Many.
Due to current restrictions due to CoVid19, the family will hold memorial services and emtombment at a later date.
