Colwell of Hayes, VA; his siblings, Ivan Vollmer (Doris) of New Baden, IL, Blanche Schwarz (Brian) of Breese, IL and Laura Kruep (Rich) of Breese, IL; his sisters-in-law, Donna Vollmer of New Baden, IL and Shannon Vollmer of New Baden, IL.; his wife Elizabeth J. "Betty" Vollmer; and his siblings, Billy Vollmer, Bernell J. Vollmer and Eva Vollmer.
