He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bloemker and Estelle Bloemker; his sister Barbara Wagner; his father-in-law Walter Carrillon; and his brother-in-law Denis Bellm.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Bloemker of Highland, IL; his children, Meredith Battle (Wade) of Titusville, FL and Jay Bloemker (Jill); his grandchildren, Madison Isaak, Mikayla and Kylie Bloemker; his mother-in-law Mary Ann Carrillon; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Bellm and Ron Wagner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
