She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Mitchel and Elizabeth Mitchel; and her siblings, Bill Mitchel, Doris Smith (Bruce) and Beryl Wyatt (Bill).
She is survived by: her husband Robert Boxell of Highland, IL; her children, Robin Gilomen (Keith) of Highland, IL and Greg Boxell (Linda) of Highland, IL; her grandchildren, Lindsey Schrumpf (Colby) of Highland, IL, Ryan Boxell (Jenna) and Carissa Odorizzi (Jake); and her great grandchildren, Libbi Schrumpf, Corbyn, Xander Boxell, Rhett and Maddex Odorizzi. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Highland or the Alzheimer's Association.
