He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Hulvey and Stella Hulvey; and his siblings, Marshall Hulvey, Ross Hulvey, Jr., Robert Hulvey, Dean Hulvey, Lucille Hamilton, Julia Goodwin, Wilma Long and Helen Bubb.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hulvey; his children, Bethany LeBlanc (Brice), Amy Eversman (Steve) and Matthew Hulvey (Heather); his grandchildren, Aidan LeBlanc, Michael LeBlanc, Celestine Atwood, Nathan Hulvey and Collin Hulvey; and his sister Dorothy Weaver. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many loving friends.
