He is survived by: his son James Michael "Jim" Campbell (Tracy) of Highland, IL; his former wife Connie Campbell (Smothers); his grandsons, Shane Michael Campbell, Mitchell Frederick Campbell and Steven James Campbell; his stepgrandson Seth McDowell; and his brother Steve Campbell (Mary Ann) of New Richmond, WI. He is also survived by stepchildren and step grandchildren.
