He was predeceased by: his father Max Marshall Hankins I; and his grandparents, Hobart, Bessie Hankins, John Allen and Pauline Bowles.
He is survived by: his parent Vicie Hankins I; his children, Brooklynn Anne Hankins of Summershade, KY, Kali Joe Hankins, Max Marshall Hankins III, Ledger Ian Hankins, Lyeden Otto Hankins, Blaine Aspen Haberer and Jarron Evan Haberer; his sister Tammy Hensley (Aaron); and his nieces and nephews, Blake, Sarah, Faith and Landen. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
