She is survived by: her children, Kevin Merkel (Cassandra Draper), Joe Phegley (Elizabeth Proctor) and Samantha Phegley; her grandchildren, Breanna, Kirsten, Angel, Deztiny, Riley, Noah, Quinton, Cierra and Brennen; and her siblings, Norman, David Merkel (Melanie) and Diana Owens (Gordon).
