He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Leroy and Mary R. Leroy (Walker); his children, Mary Elizabeth Goestenkors and Kenneth William Leroy Jr.; and his sister Rosemary Dycus.

He is survived by: his son Michael Leroy of Highland. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
