He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward H. Kampwerth and Alvina C. Kampwerth; his father-in-law Wilbur Jackson; his niece Michelle Kampwerth; and his siblings-in-law, Timothy Jackson, Darwin Voigt and Susan Kampwerth.
He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Kampwerth of Highland, IL; his sons, Kent M. Kampwerth (Tonya) of Highland, IL and Kirk E. Kampwerth (Staci) of Highland, IL; his brothers, Thomas H. and Dennis A. Kampwerth (Mary Jo) of Highland, IL; his grandchildren, Kaleb M. Kampwerth (Katy) of Troy, IL, Kayleen M. Kampwerth of Highland, IL, Shane R. Lyman of Meadowbrook, IL and Shanda L. Lyman; and his great grandchildren, Kurt D. Gogolowski of Meadowbrook, IL., Matthew R. Lyman of Meadowbrook, IL., CharleeJo L. Shewmake of Meadowbrook, IL and Beau D. Lyman of Meadowbrook, IL..
