She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Frederick Noll and Anna Louise Noll; and her son-in-law Kevin P. Kern. She is survived by: her husband Udell V. Cook of Highland, IL; her children, Rodney V. Cook (Rebecca) of Mascoutah, IL, Rhonda K, Karla M. Haun (Mark) of Edwardsville, IL, Kevin J. Cook (Kathryn) of Collinsville, IL and Keith J. Cook (Christine) of Mascoutah, IL; and her great grandchild Fifteen.
