She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Leroy Kelley and Ruth M. Kelley; and her brother Donald L. Kelley. She is survived by: her husband Richard Blake of Highland, IL; her grandchildren, Sadie K. Blake, Hadley R. Blake, Alice L. Blake and Edward C. Blake; and her siblings, Lee S., Jane M. Monken and June A. Kelley-Perez (Michael Perez).
