She was predeceased by: her parents, William Alberternst and Mathilda Alberternst; her husband Wayne W. "Jake" Gutzler; her daughter-in-law Nancy Gutzler; her granddaughter Melissa Brown; her siblings, Loretta Noll (Vernon), Esther Seitz (Frank), Dorothy Stone (Conrad), Pat Lang (Bob), Eva Oder (Larry), Mary Loeh (Alan), William Alberternst, James Alberternst (Pat) and Daniel Alberternst; and her brother-in-law Reverend James Gutzler.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Gutzler (Cynthia) of Highland, William Gutzler (Barb) of Highland, Mary Jo Moss (Ronald) of Highland, Kathleen Hastings (Douglas) of Edwardsville, James Gutzler (Lori) of Highland, Jean Milano (RJ) of Highland, Janet Laney (Brad Rench) of Highland and Joseph Gutzler (Gail) of Highland; her son-in-law Ronald Laney; her grandchildren, Christopher Gutzler (Mary), Jacob Gutzler (Heather), Zachary Gutzler, Shana Hepner (Charles), Chris Harbison, Emily Gutzler, Corey Moss, Chad Moss (Renee Richter), Analisa Eilers (Russell), Alexa Huelsmann (Matthew), Nicole Potthast (Craig), Meghann Stotlar (Jim), Nathan Hastings (Katie), Hillary Newman (Dan), Brett Gutzler, Ali Milano (Kyle Awtry), Tyler Milano (Ryen), Adam Laney, Madeline Laney, Natalie Hamm (Robert), Andrea Gutzler (AJ Burns) and Samantha Gutzler (Justin Fitts); her siblings-in-law, Maurice Gutzler and Anna Alberternst; and also Maurice. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
