Kampwerth (Fiancee-Karen Burke); his grandchildren, Lauren Ellenbecker (Max), Nick Braun, Jon Braun, Amber Stokes, Courtney Kampwerth, Andrea Niedzwiecki (Adam), Andy Kampwerth, Madeline Sirko, Dominic Sirko, Katie Kampwerth and Sarah Kampwerth; his siblings, Mary E. Haar, Marietta J. Winkeler, Robert L. Kampwerth (Darlene), James M. Kampwerth (Dorothy) and Ralph B. Kampwerth; his sister-in-law Anna Jean Kampwerth; and his brother Gerald E. "Jerry" Kampwerth.
